Really? Canada has a parliamentary system. If muslims got even 10% they could force a coalition. As part of the coalition they could easily demand autonomous areas. There is precedent for this in Eskimo and other tribal groups. This is the start of a fissure, and it would only grow from there. Again, if faith in the system makes you feel better go with it. I do not trust systems so much. The President is a fink. |

At 10% you are not going to force a coalition because no one would vote in the "Muslim" party. They would be part of a larger caucus (the Liberals, generally) who would never vote for such a thing. We allow autonomy in those rural areas out of "white guilt" and not wanting to have our railroads and highways be blocked off, and having long standing indigenous law makes sense for them. |

I've said my peace on the issue. All I ask is look at history and what a difference just 20 years makes.
It will happen, this is a once in 500 years struggle. Western societies have been on top starting about 1500. For 50 years now the same societies have been in a period of self-decline. Violence is on the way. The President is a fink. |

5000 "anti-immigration" protesters, right-wing populist AFD polling unchanged at 8%, violence came from idiot counter-demonstrators. If there were an election today, Merkel and the current government would win by a large margin. http://www.infratest-dimap.de/umfragen-analysen/bundesweit/sonntagsfrage/ This message was brought to you by facts : Facts! Evenbob Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 146 Posts: 25013 | Yup, Germany is loving them some wonderful invaders. Can't you just feel the love.. "Critics are warning that German taxpayers will end up paying billions of euros to provide healthcare for a never-ending wave of asylum seekers. This is in addition to the billions of euros already being spent to provide newcomers with food, clothing and shelter. In addition to the massive economic and social costs, as well as the burden of increased crime, including a rape epidemic, Germans are now facing the risk of being exposed to exotic diseases — and tuberculosis. German hospitals are increasing security to protect doctors and nurses from violent attacks by migrants who are unhappy with the medical treatment they are receiving. Berlin has announced hundreds of thousands of Syrians entering Germany will not be granted asylum or refugee status in a surprise U-turn from Angela Merkel's "open-door policy" on refugees." http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/6838/germany-migration-health-crisis If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Wow, that source you got there, the gatestoneinstitute, truly have no shame or feel any obligation towards their readers. They cite German articles hoping nobody can read them, because what they claim just ain't in there. Just one example:
The article they cite does not mention refugees at all, it is about violence in hospitals and the underlying causes. It cites research from 2014, well before the massive refugee influx. This can't be an innocent mistake, this was done intentionally.
Hmm, not even your source seems to claim that, and it is total BS. Merkel couldn't do that if she wanted to, rule-of-law, human rights and all of those other socialist shenanigans here in Germany. The gatestoneinstitute disgusts me. They purposfully try to manipulate their readers, while trying to maintain the guise of sourced and reasearched information. Pathetic. oh and Wikipedia says:
From what I have seen, that seems about right to me. |
